Search for the Perfect Horse does not guarantee the owner/seller's services, representations, or any horses's performance or fitness for a particular purpose. Search for the Perfect Horse does not have a program to insure receipt of your purchases from third parties through this site.

Sellers are responsible to proofread ads and confirm that correct photos are appearing on ads. Sellers are responsible for marking horses as sold.

Service interruptions are possible. Search for the Perfect Horse cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to circumstances beyond our control.


RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE:

All advertisement listings are subject to reasonable editorial changes and deletions.

Slanderous or malicious ads are not permitted on Search for the Perfect Horse. Ads for horses with any ownership disputes are not allowed on Search for the Perfect Horse. Profanity is not allowed on Search for the Perfect Horse. If found, these ads will be immediately deleted and the user's further access to their account will be suspended or terminated.

The advertisement with photo will remain on Search for the Perfect Horse until is sold, or the purchased time period has expired......which ever comes first. All fees paid are non-refundable. We reserve the right to delete ads for sold horses without notice to seller upon the request of the buyer.

Search for the Perfect Horse provides to buyers a special display on its Home Page known as the Winner's Circle. This display site is available for horses who win classes in national or regional competition after being purchased through advertisement on Search for the Perfect Horse. The buyer will be responsible for notification to Search for the Perfect Horse to arrange their horse to be on displayed in the Winner's Circle. The display will be on a rotating basis for one month.


COPYRIGHTED IMAGES, ETC.

Search for the Perfect Horse cannot be held responsible for violations created by its users and/or customers. These violations include, but are not limited to: copyright violations, trademark violations, trade names or patents, or other content which is in violation of any local, state or federal laws.

Our customers are solely responsible for obtaining express permission from professional photographers, subjects, etc. to display images on our site. We will not accept any images labelled "PROOF" for use on our web site. If there is a visible photographer's signature or label on the face of the photo, we will not remove this information from the digital image that we display. If we are informed of copyright violations created by our customers, we will remove disputed images and the advertisement from the site without refund or prior notice to the offender. Search for the Perfect Horse may, in appropriate circumstances and at its own discretion, disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who have infringed on copyrights of others. If you are a photographer, please be sure to contact your customer directly about their inappropriate use of your photo.

RECOMMENDATIONS:
